
In his most recent outing Team Fusion Athlete Adam Bowden won the UK National Duathlon Championships with an emphatic victory in a time of 1:51:12 and a winning margin of just under 1 minute.
While Adam lost close to three minutes on the bike leg, he used his blistering run speed to take the win, for his first run (10K) he clocked 30:03, over two and a half minutes quicker than the next fastest runner and a second run split (5k) of 16:44 more than one minute quicker than the next fastest athlete.
